From today, thanks to Icaro 2000 in Gravere , you can fly! No, you’re eyes aren’t deceiving you, we said fly! Free flying (paragliding and gliding) is a wonderful experience that can be tried by anyone from 16 to 80 years old. No previous training is necessary for the trial flight with one of our instructors, just the desire to experience the thrill of flying. With regards to the courses aimed at the acquisition of the V.D.S licence, the only commitment required is the passion shared by all those who decide to undertake this fascinating sporting discipline. The best way to get rid of any doubts is……..to try it!The school is open all year round and offers three and six month courses with fortnightly lessons (during the weekend). You can subscribe at any time during the year. The course introduces the fundamental techniques for basic flights and for flying a paraglider or glider. Tourist flights are also available. The school is and the related “Controvento” club practise free flying activities in various parts of the Susa Valley and the Chisone Valley. During the spring and the summer, flights are carried out in the following localities: Pian dell’Alpe-Fenestrelle Venaus Sestriere - Grangesises During the autumn and winter, flights are carried out in: Venaus Bussoleno.
